Betsy Green joined the Gold Coast office of Coldwell Banker in 2018 and prior to that managed the real estate brokerage she cofounded, Lincoln Park Homes for 20 successful years!  During Lincoln Park Homes' 20+ year run, Betsy was instrumental in doubling revenue four years in a row selling over 700 homes with sales just over $118m! Much of Betsy’s success is attributed to her keen ability to simplify the home buying process and thoroughly preparing client buyers for each and every step involved. What mostly sets Betsy Green apart from competition are home prepping skills with designs and perfect color choices that result in her listings consistently selling at premium list prices. LPH even sold one of Chicago's highest priced homes at $8.5m!
